ActivInspire Desktop Tools

One of the things you might find confusing when switching from older versions of ActivStudio to ActivInspire is how you interact with the desktop and make screen captures.

If you switch to the desktop by using the Desktop Tools icon, you get a nice little floating toolbar that gives you easy access to tools such as the Camera tool that you can use to make screen grabs from any application you have open on the desktop, and bring that image into your current flipchart file.

I’ve written this quick guide to show you how the Desktop Tools work.
