Here’s a nice website for Primary teachers to use in their maths lessons.
Mathsframe.co.uk was created by a primary school teacher who “thought it ridiculous that he spent most of his Sunday evenings searching for resources to use on his interactive whiteboard”. So he made his own resources instead.
Their aim is to provide simple, high quality maths resources for interactive whiteboards. To make resources that allow for effective differentiation and progression, and to make planning easier (and less time consuming) for teachers.
All the actvities are clear and simple to use and understand. They are designed as tools for teachers to use to teach. All activities are linked to a key objective/objectives from the Primary Framework. They are ideal for reinforcing and practicing the key mathematical skills and concepts.

There are free resources on the site here. If you like them, you can buy a site licence for a pack of resources and install them onto your own machines.
It’s well worth adding to your list of bookmarks for those times when you need something to use for a lesson starter or plenary.

Thanks for the link Danny.
I’ve been pretty busy the past few weeks and have added a number of new resources to the site.
Matching Pairs:
The old familiar card game. Over 50 levels to play, including levels involving; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, matching fractions and decimals, and matching units of measurement.
Timetables:
Use a timeline to work out the difference between two times.
Bar charts:
Answer one-step and two-step problems using a bar chart.
I hope to add at least one new free activity a week over the summer holidays. New ideas for resources are always welcome.
Thanks for the support.
