Today I was delivering some training for Teaching Assistants. We wanted to give them the opportunity to try out some of the resources that are available on the Internet to use with students.
I put together a list of sites that we played with during the day. I’ve reproduced the list below.

Good list of websites to try. Thanks!
There is also http://www.educentral.co.uk; my friend is a teaching assistant so I put her on to it.
The great thing is that the platform, which is like a specialised social network for education professionals, is available freely and could be quite beneficial for a group of teaching assistants who want to interact as well as get updates on the goings on in education. In fact, the last blog written on the site is an article to do with teaching assistants.
Anyhow, this list of sites will be quite valuable to my teaching assistant friend, I will direct her to this. Thanks a lot.
