I will definitely be trying out Hamstersoft, if not for the awesome screenshot in the post, but for the hope that I find a proper video converter that will satisfy my needs. I have used Convert AVI to MP4 (not the most creative app name) for many conversions for the IPod and Total Video Converter which handles multiple conversions. Unfortunately, video is not one of those standardized techs with 100s of codecs floating around and sometimes you need a couple in your toolbox just in case
