If you are looking for teaching resources to support the teaching of GCSE ICT, OCR/Cambridge Nationals or just to support your students in the creation of multimedia projects, then take a look at the Serif Student Project Resources.
Previously available on CD, the resources have now been converted into a website to make it much more accessible to your students. They’ve also been updated for 2012.
Currently, the units available are:
The Creating Computer Graphics module will be added very soon with two more units to hopefully follow after that.
Each unit contains printable “How to” guides for using Serif software as well as interactive videos. A curriculum map links the resources to the different GCSE ICT courses for AQA, OCR and Edexcel.
Even if you don’t use Serif Software, the units are well worth a look, you’ll still find activities and assignment resources that you could use with your students.
I’ve been involved in the production of these materials in their various incarnations over the past few years and am quite proud of them 🙂 Go take a look and see what you think!
