Create Robots with Robot Wars and BBC Microbit

The return of Robot Wars to BBC 2 this week provides a good opportunity to harness the enthusiasm surrounding the show to inspire children to build and code their own robots.

This mini site from the BBC contains plenty of resources and tutorials to inspire children to code and create robots using the BBC Microbit.

Children can make a micro:bot, a maze travelling robot or even a papercraft robot! There’s even information on robotics as a career for those children who really enjoy building their own robots.
