I’ve been having a play with the new version of Easiteach from RM/Lightbox. This is a newer release than the version I looked at a few months ago, and it’s much improved with all the features I was missing now in place.
I’ve always found that the best way to get to learn a new piece of software is to make something with it, rather than just playing about. So with that in mind I have produced a version of my Lesson Starter Ideas file for Easiteach users, and also in the common IWB file format that RM have been working on.
The file includes Insect Box, Fishing Rods, Balloon Maths, an Organ Game and Keyword Bingo. You can read more about the activities in the Lesson Starter Ideas file here.

You can download a 30 day trial of the Easiteach software here: http://www.easiteach.com/eng/trial/ You can also download a version of Easiteach Lite – a player that lets you have limited access to the files.
And also available:

I was looking forward to opening the .iwb file with my Interwrite software, but “this file was created with an older version of Workspace and cannot be opened”. I suspect it’s an Interwrite problem… 🙁
Hi teachernz,
You have 2 options for opening this file, and they’re both free:)
Easiteach Lite

BoardViewer (open source .iwb file viewer)

Let me know if you have any questions about the new version of Easiteach. I’ve been involved with the development of the latest version which was just released this week. There are lots of great new features.
