I”m sure many of you already know of the excellent Primary Games resources produced by Mark Cogan, (if you haven’t go take a look). Well he’s also been developing apps for IOS devices, many of which you can see on the Primary Games Apps website.
If you want to try out one of the apps, Mark has made the Wipeout Wall (Addition and Subtraction) app free for all of December. No adverts or in-app purchases!
The object of Wipeout Wall is to break down the wall in the quickest time by correctly knocking out the bricks displaying the answer to the addition/subtraction problem. It’s a fun game and would be of interest to primary school teachers with sets of IOS devices looking for something to use to support Numeracy, or parents of children who need a little extra help with addition and subtraction.
